Design: We begin our projects with a clean and professional project design focusing on the requirements of our clients. We work with the industry best practices in mind, creating a professional contract design according to regulations and industry codes.

Preconstruction Stage: We review our contents together with everyone involved. Analysis of the whole requirements is carried out by our team of professionals who perform walk-down of the construction site. With this, we obtain a comprehensive condition as well as areas not capture in the design phase. The deliverables from this phase forms the bulk of the template of our build phase. We are aware that the conceptual design of the project is very important to our clients, for this reason we put in place a project manager responsible for the establishment of a conceptual estimate, schedule and program to come up with a professional and neutral design.

Here, our client will furnish us with defining level of information to enable us feed the project and as well have adequate information concerning our work as we proceed with the project construction and execution.

Final preparation for documentation is absolutely paramount for the bid arrangement as drawings, specifications, general conditions and bill of quantities. We make every document available for adequate review for the parties involved. A very detailed and complete cost estimate for the project is done after our proper contract documentation.

Procurement takes effect immediately. Here, Coverage Paint begins the process of transformation of the design into real production. This phase overlaps with the design phase. We put out to the public each package and bid out individually. Sourcing the best resources and personnel for the contract is core to us at Coverage Paint.

Production follows into physical manifestation of the project. At this stage, Coverage Pants moves from procurement through the final completion after a professional preparation.

We finally transit from initial design to production to the actual use of the paints and industrial chemicals. We make documentations available, drawings, operational guides or manuals to the client. We ensure that all as-built drawings are also taken care of to reflect all changes that were carried out on the process.

Finally, assessment of our team performance is very crucial to us at this final stage of the project execution to review, evaluate and make corrections where necessary. Our time spent on project are recorded appropriately and compared with what was planned.
